Prime (ABS & Wood) Sticks
This versatile stick enjoys a rugged constitution and powerful shot potential. Two blade options provide special enhancements for ice or pavement, making it a serious contender for any environment.
Handcrafted in the USA and featuring a cross-grain reinforced birch shaft, the Eleven Prime is a force to be reckoned with. Choose the ash core for optimal sensitivity and cold weather performance, or the ABS blade for maximum durability and street cred.

Standard Features
Cross-Grain Reinforced Shaft
Both variations of the Prime use a cross-grain birch overlay shaft. Interlacing the grain angles reduces splintering along the edges, and minimizes the shaft's ability to warp or twist. As a result, the stick enjoys significant gains in overall strength, stability, and consistency. These benefits translate into a longer lasting, more affordable stick. It also means greater force transfer for a more powerful shot. Hard to argue with that!
Prime Wood
Classic Blade
This Prime blade variation is ideal for the ice rink, whether it's a pickup game on the pond or a serious competition in the arena. It uses a solid ash core, designed to improve performance and handling thanks to its special vibration properties. Every time this blade comes into contact with a puck or another object, it transmits controlled vibrations along the shaft to your hands, amplifying sensitivity and enhancing your ability to react.
The special properties of this blade are protected by Eleven's Fusion Bond technology and HiDensity blade wrap.
Fusion Bond
Blades collect ice and snow every time they are in use. As the ice melts, water molecules seep into the internal structure of the blade. Every time the blade is exposed to cold, these molecules freeze and expand, and each time the blade is warmed back up, the molecules thaw and sink deeper into the wood. Over time, this damages the structural integrity of your blade. In fact, not only is moisture erosion one of the leading cause of broken blades, but it also wears down the blade's internal strength which negatively impacts the consistency of its performance.
Eleven’s Fusion bond technology is an advanced, water-resistant adhesive designed to cut the problem off at its source. This specialized glue surrounds the blade’s core in a watertight shield, which prevents water molecules from reaching the wood or causing damage. The result is a longer lasting, more consistent blade.
HiDensity Wrap
The ash blade core is designed to amplify vibrations along the shaft, resulting in greater sensitivity and puck handling. However, this is of little use if the blade can't withstand the high impact force of slapshots or the constant wear and tear of surface contact during play.
Introducing HiDensity Wrap, a specialized sheath of fiberglass, reinforced with targeted Kevlar inserts, designed to protect the blade from contact abrasion and fortify the structure against impact force. Unlike traditional wraps, which are folded from the bottom of the blade and glued on top, HiDensity wrap is a complete sock that provides 360-degree protection and offers greater integrity thanks to its unified design.
Prime ABS
ABS Blade
The Prime ABS blade variation is the ultimate street contender. A special thermoplastic blend designed to withstand the abuse of any environment offers supreme durability and better bang for your buck. While marginally heavier than other blade materials, such as the Classic ash blade, the ABS blade provides greater force transfer and additional shot velocity.
This blade is solid on ice, but it truly shines on pavement.
Durable Thermoplastics
The Prime ABS blade is constructed from thermoplastic — a material that becomes pliable when heated above a specific threshold but otherwise retains its stiffness and strength regardless of what obstacles it encounters. This sturdy material is molded around the Baltic birch shaft and adheres to the wood for additional strength.
While ABS blades are slightly heavier than their wood counterparts, they offer significant increases in overall durability and provide greater force transmission which results in improved slapshot velocities. This makes ABS an ideal candidate for roller hockey and pavement play.
